Murder and Mayhem is afoot in the Oxford Hills once again. The Norway-Paris Kiwanis Club is partnering with OHMPAA, the Oxford Hills Music and Performing Arts Association, for its second murder mystery dinner theatre. “Murder at Café Noir” is an off-beat mystery homage to the Bogart movies.
When is the Dinner?
The Granite Ridge Estate & Barn will be transformed on Sept. 6 into the legendary Café Noir, located in Tobago Cay on the forgotten islet of Mustique, deep in the Grenadines of the Eastern Caribbean.
What should I expect?
This interactive Murder Mystery Dinner Theater by David Landau is a full of colorful characters, mystery and murder that will play out during a four-course meal. A shot will ring out and the audience will become material witness to murder. You’ll spend the evening laughing and sleuthing your way through dinner, collecting clues to try and guess “whodunit.”
What should I wear? The audience is invited to wear costumes in black and white in keeping with the evening’s Noir theme and 40’s era formal attire encouraged.
Where can I get tickets?
Tickets for the entertaining evening can be purchased by calling Mary Anna Palmer at 539-4800 or Tina Croteau at 393-3612. Make your reservations early, as a sell-out is expected. Tickets are $50 and includes mystery meal, tax & gratuity. Cash bar available.
All funds raised support the programs Kiwanis sponsors to benefit the children of the Oxford Hills communities and to further the Kiwanis mission of Serving the Children of the World.
