The blue prints are in! Granite Ridge Estate & Barn has hired Dennis and Matt Taber of Trees to Timber 
Frames to build our Timber Frame Barn. We have had a number of requests to see the drawings and we wanted to share them as soon as possible and answer some of our frequently asked questions we have been receiving. What do you think?
1. How big will the Barn be?
The Barn will measure 50 X 70 enough to comfortably seat a 200+ wedding or event party
2. What color will the Barn be?
The Barn will feature natural pine. We are not planning on painting the barn. We are still deciding on if the windows will be charcoal gray or a rustic red color.
3. When will the Barn be finished?
We are not releasing an exact finished promise date, however construction has started. If there are no construction complications, the barn will be ready in the summer. We have already started excepting deposits.
4. Will the Barn have beautiful views?
The barn will have one entire wall of windows featuring jaw dropping views of the Western Maine Mountains.
